I disagree. This talks about submitting code to Habari, so it definitely belongs in /dev/core. That's not to say that we can't link to it from somewhere under /dev, we definitely should. The question we should ask is does someone writing themes and plugins etc need to know this? --michaeltwofish 01:08, 25 May 2008 (UTC)
