Restructure

I think this page is much better to be an article that mainain the links currently in rather than just a list. Would include an introduction to Habari from a developer perspective, and then explain briefly how Habari works linking to the pages currently listing in context. Other non-applicable links can be added to a "Further readings" section or something similar.

This need to be moved to /dev/
