  • Apache (1.3.x or higher, 2.x or higher recommended) with mod_rewrite enabled

  • MySQL 4.1.x or greater

• PHP version 5.2.14 or above - for Habari 0.8, 5.3.3 or above - for the current development version, both with the following modules enabled.
  • Standard PHP Library
  • PHP Data Objects (PDO) and the PDO driver for the database you wish to use
  • Session
  • DateTime
  • SimpleXML
  • Hash
  • Mbstring
  • Tokenizer
  • JSON
  • PCRE with Unicode support enabled
  • The Habari Media Silo uses the GD library. While you can install Habari without the GD library installed, you will not be able to use the Habari Media Silo plugin.
